Serving as CXO at Zite, Nikita takes on the engaging yet challenging responsibility of rapid and sustainable user growth. As a seasoned client success guru, she understands that digital transformation begins and ends with the users and is passionate about delivering life-changing products and solutions. With extensive experience in the development sector, particularly around technology and innovation, Nikita is a product deployment and diffusion specialist that masters the art of communicating complex tools in the simplest way for the end-users.

Prior to co-founding Zite, Nikita played a pivotal role, as the Product Manager in rolling out the global corporate tool for remote monitoring and quality assurance across multiple country offices and projects at UNOPS. During her engagement at UNOPS, she also spearheaded the UN Joint Traineeship Programme as one of the youngest mentor. Her passion for humanitarian innovation can be traced back to 2015, where she set forth her career as the National Consultants Coordinator at UN OCHA, gaining unparalleled experience in the humanitarian response space for the Nepal Earthquake Assessments. A social work graduate, Nikita later joined the International Federation of Red Cross as Training Design, Development, and Facilitation Expert, devoting significant time bringing communities and technology together.

Outside of the office, Nikita is an avid animal lover plus animal rights activist and is the organizer for TEDx talks in Patan, Nepal.
