How Zite Works
Manage all of your work, site-by-site
Sites
Map all of your work sites and track them through every stage of your process. Your teams will collect data at each site, and Zite will organize the data to provide a complete work history and data analysis at the site, project, and network level.
Track quality, delivery, status, performance, and more
On-Site Data Collection
Deploy digital forms to the Zite mobile app to track every part of your work. Customize forms to collect the data you need, from quality inspections and maintenance reporting to community feedback, environmental impact assessments, and more. Offline-ready features in the app mean your teams can work anywhere.
Work together, Everywhere
Review and Collaboration
After your team submits data, review submissions in real time. Leave comments and flag issues as they arise. Customize user roles to manage responsibilities, and build out workflows that engage the right people at the right time.
Make Data-Driven Decisions
Reports and Insights
All of your data is available and ready to analyze in Zite. Real-time dashboards, custom reports, performance metrics, and advanced mapping tools help you manage and track the things you care about from the site scale, up. Analyze your data to inform day-to-day management, long-term planning, and everything in between.
Zite Use Cases

“The Largest Refugee Community Feedback Mechanism in the World”
30,000+
Submissions Per Month
Working with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), we are deploying Zite to collect and respond to community feedback in refugee camps.
Using Zite, IOM is able to receive reports of issues and problems in refugee camps (such as when key facilities break down), assign staff to address the problem, and communicate back to the community when problems have been fixed. This is helping them be more responsible and accountable at every stage of their work.
In Bangladesh, Zite is helping IOM receive and respond to more than 30,000 individual pieces of community feedback per month. Throughout 2022, we will scale this model to other refugee contexts around the world.
