Justin Henceroth, our CEO, is an urban designer and humanitarian innovator with broad experience managing change-making projects in multiple sectors around the world. As the CEO of Zite, he is charting a mission for us to improve the quality of our partners’ work on projects that improve our societies and our lives. Before starting Zite, Justin was the Innovation Program Manager at the UN Office for Project Services, where he led the development and deployment of FieldSight, a digital platform for humanitarian reconstruction monitoring that is now in use by UN offices worldwide to monitor nearly 100,000 humanitarian reconstruction sites.

Before joining the UN, Justin helped lead projects to build urban resilience, combat climate change, improve natural resource management, and expand renewable energy in more than 16 countries across all regions of the globe. Trained as both an urban designer and a biologist, and armed with deep experience in policy-making, humanitarian response, and international development, Justin brings a depth and breadth of experience that helps him work across sectors and areas of knowledge to find unique opportunities to create change.

From Colorado, Justin lives in Bangkok. When not working on Zite, you’ll find him skiing, biking, climbing, or cooking Thai food.
